Didn't have a good experience when I purchased my last
Didn't have a good experience when I purchased my last car in 2008. Test drove a used Forester (not thinking I would buy one)....ended up test driving 4 Subaru's in a few visits. Purchased a new Subaru, entire process was fantastic. No pressure on 'extras', no surprise charges, and was able to get a lower interest rate than our credit union.

We have bought three Subarus from Ganley East and due to the service department (especially Giovanni), I’m sure we will buy our next Subaru from Ganley East too! Helpful, pleasant, exciting, no pressure-I can't speak highly enough of working with the salesperson(Allie) & team at Ken Ganley Subaru in Wickliffe. Wasn't intending to get a Subaru, went on a referral from a relative who recently bought a new vehicle. I ended up loving the cars I test drove, no surprises on the price, Subaru gave me the best rate and made the experience seemless. They put other dealers I dealt with in the dust. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, extremely happy with my new car!
