Performance Honda is a top notch customer-first oriented dealer. I had a very pleasant experience trading in my used Honda and purchasing a new one! They made every step so easy for me and provided all of the information I needed to make an informed purchase. They even came and picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership to complete my paperwork. I will be a repeat customer!

Being a solid GM person for many years. We decided to check out the Hybrid CR-V and decided it would be my last car. Dalton was great, we made the appointment for late morning and he came in early to me us. Very informative on explaining all the ins and outs of the car plus suggested we could make another appointment with him for more tips on the car. It’s always a joy to get a new car and Dalton helped make it even nicer through the whole process

Performance Honda provides excellent service! Brian Flick and his team are total pros. I’ve purchased several Honda’s from Performance and have always been pleased with the way they take care of my needs.

They handled it all on my extended warranty work

We used the valet service to pick up the car, do the repair, return the car. Part of the repair (to the air conditioner) was covered by a Honda service bulletin, part was covered by a 3rd party extended warranty (which we bought through the dealership when we bought the car). They handled all the pre-authorizations needed. We ended up paying only for the Oil change, tire rotation. Great service.

Great Service!

Great service. Conrad was very helpful and patient as we were deciding which vehicle we wanted. He answered all questions and gave us the time we needed. I highly recommend Performance Honda (Fairfield).

After much research I found the vehicle I wanted last...

After much research I found the vehicle I wanted last Monday at your dealership. I inquired online and Josh Hardwick responded within 15 minutes. Only problem, we live 100 miles away and couldn't drive down until yesterday. Josh followed up with me on Tuesday to schedule an appointment. He knew my biggest concern was the car would sell before we could make the drive. Josh even emailed me on his days off and on Friday morning he excitedly let me know it had not sold. I told him to hide it, lol, we were heading down. Thank you Josh!! Your kindness, caring, and professionalism did not go unnoticed!!!
