2015 Subaru Forester 2.5i

Great experience first with Marissa,a very nice sales rep, and then with Eric, the finance manager. Treated my husband and I with caring and respect and answered all of our questions pertaining to this vehicle. I would wholeheartedly recommend Performance Honda for any auto needs to my friends and family. Thank you all so much and God Bless!

We purchased our second new CRV EXL from Chris Jacob. I wish there was a light blue metallic color choice, Otherwise happy with our choice. Previous 2011 CRV was passed to our granddaughter who was excited to get it.

Purchased a used 2013 Honda Civic in October 2020....

Purchased a used 2013 Honda Civic in October 2020. Vehicle was purchased as is, but was re-assured by sales staff that all regular routine maintenance had been recently performed in dealer service department. Less than 2 months after owning the vehicle, I took it to my mechanic and was informed that rear brakes and rotors needed replace, and also the vehicle was sold with front tires with less than 2/32 tread depth on them.

Good experience but not Former Military Friendly

My experience with Kelsey Fry was very pleasant, but when I asked if there was any discount for a retired US Marine, such as myself, I was told no. This was a surprise and disappointment. This had nothing to do with Kelsey, it was out of her hands.

Went in dreading the experience of having to purchase a vehicle. The salesman, Dalton Traum, was fantastic. Looked at a couple of different vehicles, and he was very patient. No high pressure tactics, and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. Also dealt with John Overstreet, who took the time to be sure I understood everything I had signed up for. Very easy experience, and I would recommend this dealer.

I had been looking for a new car for awhile jackie at Performance Honda saw that I was looking and contacted me. I called her and set up an appointment to see the vehicle. It was as described and she was very fair in my trade as well as the vehicle price. Great experience and I would definitely recommend

Horrible experience. Bought a new car — got what I...

Horrible experience. Bought a new car — got what I wanted but Jennifer was far from friendly or hospitable. A month later car payment due and I have no Information to pay. I sent an email and got a response that it’s on the way. Hello my payment is due tomorrow. Called and was told it’s really busy in the store so no one available. Have owned Honda’s for years. Not sure I’ll Ever buy one again after this fiasco I guess they don’t care about my Credit because I’ve already bought the car. Very disappointed

Horrible customer service

Jennifer was Less than friendly and here I am a Month later and car payment due and no one seems to car that I do not have the information to make my car payment. I guess because it doesn’t affect their credit. I just get an email response that says you should have the info soon and told the store is busy when I call to talk to someone. Have owned Honda’s for years but not sure I will ever but one again after this Fiasco. So not impressed
