I was about to buy another Kia from dealership they totally gave me the runaround I sat there for hours playing the dealership game. Then I called courtesy Kia of Brandon Antony Rossano answered I told him exactly what I wanted and that I didn't want to play any games and for him to give me the best deal and and email it to me. He told me he would do it WOW what a surprise!!!! He wasn't for sure that they would have that car on his lot- But he said he would get it and call me.. I was about to make a purchase a 2015 Optima from Kia dealership- But they kept wasting my time playing dealership games. I sat there for HOURS. I knew exactly What Car -What Color -but they did not have interior color I wanted-- they ask me to not be so picky ..be Flexible. I called Courtesy Kia Brandon-Tony Rossano answered the phone I explained I did not have time to come in & play dealership games-- I told Exactly what I wanted- Give me your Best Price and email to me. Tony said I don't know if we have the car on our lot BUT we will get- he said he would email- I WAS SHOCKED!!! That was so Easy- He email his Great Price and they had the car deliveried- He called me to come in and sign the papers- Everything was done through Email/ Text - -What a Awesome Experience!! The whole staff were awesome -down to earth people-- (Not your Typical Pushy Car Dealer people) Tony Word is Good -he is a great guy - And DID A Great Job -- PLUS he is a Christian! I will buy All My cars through Antony Rossano! Thank again for a GREAT JOB & GREAT SERVICE and for Delivering Exactly what I wanted!!!

I just have to say Tony Rossano is the best salesman we bought a Kia Optima SXL back in March and today I brought my daughter and he helped her get a Kia Soul, so if your looking for a Kia head to Courtesy of Brandon and ask for Tony he is the nicest and most honest salesperson he has a big 10 in my book

Chris Abde was Awesome!!! He made me feel like a valued customer and to me this is very important!!! He was down to earth, funny and made sure I got taken care of!!!! I've purchased several cars and by far I am more pleased with this purchase than any other. I am a school teacher and my car was totaled during the summer when I have no income. Tony Rossano was truly a blessing. He made the buying process smooth and easy. We were in and out, and we left with a brand new car.
