True to Their Word

The price that we negotiated via email and phone was the exact same price I was presented once I arrived at the dealership. It truly was "no hassle" purchasing! I would highly recommend Courtesy Kia of Brandon!

Sales Department

We met with Matt, our salesman on Friday just to check out some cars, and ended up buying a Kia Soul from the used car side for a great deal! The overall experience with Kia was great, friendly, personal, and expeditious! Thank you Matt and the sales team that helped us out

Great experience selling my car to them

I needed to sell my Camry without trading in for a new car. I want to compliment Lamar who handled the entire process in an outstanding manner. He was extremely friendly and engaged and really made me feel like he appreciated me bringing my car in. He didn't try to overstate any vehicle flaws, and worked with me to get the price I needed and felt was very fair. I am very pleased with the result as well as the experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell their car to give Lamar a call.

Very pleased with their service

I took my KIA Sorento into Courtesy KIA for my first oil change at 3000 miles recently and was very happy with their service department, service representatives, and overall procedures. I was extremely pleased with the fact that my first oil change and car wash was free of charge. The service representative ( I believe his name was Tim) was very efficient in keeping me informed as to how it was going and approximate time frame for completion. Their customer lounge and restroom was very nice and maintained well. Can't wait for my next visit.

Excellent service

Mr. Juan Torres was very helpful and professional. He answered all of my questions regarding my new 2015 Kia Optima. He was willing to help in every way possible. I was very thankful that I cross paths with him. He is a great asset to Kia. Keep up the excellent work!!

Fantastic service

The service was fantastic.The rep.was very polite and she let me feel ver comfortable explaining what was done and I felt that all future services whether free or having to pay will be done at Kia. I am happy that I made my purchase for a new car -The Kia seoul

I just love the new area u guys have now! I was like at home there, waiting for my car to be serviced..which by the way only took 1hr!!!
