I just purchased my second Kia and both buying processes were smooth and hassle free. Juan Torres, our salesman, was very polite and made the experience awesome. I went with the intention of buying a new a new battery and left with a new battery wrapped in a new Kia Sorrento thanks to John Creighton, with a great assist from Jeremy and Lannie. Talk about one expensive battery.
