I had an excellent experience with Gunn Chevrolet, specifically working with Lasaro “Laz” Vasquez. We negotiated the entire deal via text, which made the process incredibly convenient and efficient. From the beginning, Laz respected exactly what I was looking for and never tried to steer me in a different direction. He provided clear, straightforward out-the-door pricing when I asked for it, and the numbers were fair and transparent. What stood out most was his professionalism and responsiveness. After I took the vehicle home, I reached back out with a follow-up request to explore other options with different features. Laz immediately got to work, researched alternatives, and reported back with complete and honest information—no pressure, no sales tactics, just facts. When I came in to finalize everything, the process was smooth and thorough. I asked a lot of questions, and Laz took the time to answer each one without hesitation—even repeating details when needed to make sure I was comfortable. The time spent at the dealership was focused entirely on clarity, not upselling. I also appreciated that a non-negotiable add-on I requested was already installed on the vehicle before I even arrived. I was prepared to wait several days, but the vehicle was ready to go, which speaks to their attention to detail and respect for my time. The only minor issue I encountered relates to the vehicle itself, not the dealership—the standard LT trim does not include a built-in universal garage remote. That’s a manufacturer decision, not a reflection of the buying experience. Overall, this was one of the most straightforward and respectful car-buying experiences I’ve had. Jesse Martinez was fantastic. He was honest with us, knowledgeable, very helpful and took his time with us. There was a particular vehicle I wanted to see, it wasn?t in their lot so he came up with a plan to get and allowing me to test drive a bit longer than expected. I was very please with his help and getting the vehicle I wanted. The finance team was amazing as well, it?s a process but our finance guy was fantastic and ensured we were well taken care of! The team at Gunn is absolutely the best!!

Crazy string of events happened that enabled Larry Fisher and I to cross paths. To summarize, my car broke down, I had already been looking in to getting a truck, Larry saw me attempting to jack up the car to remove the tire at the gas station and offered to help. I learned that he was a salesman at Gunn. His generosity and willingness to assist me (without knowing I was even looking to get a vehicle) prompted me to cancel my appointments at other dealerships to purchase a vehicle from Larry. He?s now my go too for vehicles moving forward. Thank you Sir for helping me and taking care of me through the process.

I had the worst experience I have ever had today at Gunn chevrolet. I took my 2024 vehicle that I bought from Gunn in for a warranty issue. I asked about a prior warranty issue I have been waiting over 6 months for. Eric Sanchez who is the advisor on that jumps up out of his chair and asks if I called GM to ask them? I said no that's your job not mine. Eric was highly aggressive and very confrontational. He said I could just go somewhere else? I said I will probably never buy another vehicle from Gunn but for this one the warranty issues need to be handled here. Eric said he would cancel my parts order and someone could do it. I advised I did not ask him to cancel those. Another advisor Jordan intervened and gave a great explanation of the back ordered parts. At that point I asked for a manager and was directed to Jeff Busey's desk on the other side of the service department. I did go back to Eric to ask for his business card and he said why do I need it? I said so I can write my review. He refused to give it. I took a card that was taped to his monitor and went back to Jeff's desk to wait. Eric followed me and was demanding I give his card back and that it was for customers? I guess I was not a customer. At that point I was afraid Eric was going to attack me. Another advisor intervened at that desk grabbed Eric's arm and asked him to stop. As Eric was going back to his desk he was yelling he has been here 10 yrs. I told him that does not give him the right to treat customer they way he is treating me. Does Eric represent Gunn chevrolet? Telling me to take my business elsewhere? Is this the experience Gunn wants it's customers to have? To be afraid?

Overall experience was easy and fast, some of the communication could use a bit of help. Very nice salesman very informative. The last gentleman we spoke to was named Sal I forgot his title, but he made us feel welcomed, very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and made us feel like we knew him from a long time ago, very friendly and great to know he was also bilingual and made the contract easy to understand by answering all my concerns.
