Jordan was rude.

Jordan was rude. Spent $900 and the oil life was not reset, and the brake life hasn't been reset after getting brake pads replaced. Very disappointed.

Not a pleasant feeling after spending money. The two appeared to be distracted. I don’t feel I was taken seriously today.

The well coordinated team worked quickly to provide the information necessary so that I could make an informed purchase decision. Representative Kensy was not only knowledgeable but very accommodating. In fact, I was very impressed that she was willing to go into the service area in the high heat in order to lower the vehicle that was on a lift whereby I could look at the interior. Further, her texts and phone calls kept me up-to-date on the progress of the necessary repairs. Exceptional customer service.

Exceptional customer service. My Salesman Doyle and his Manager Zack listened to my needs and got me in a vehicle that was exactly what I was looking for. They were very helpful and not at all pushy. Made my car buying experience easy! Will definitely be back when it's time for another vehicle!
