I had two service appointments this week.

I had two service appointments this week. My service advisor Jordan was excellent. Great communication and customer service. I’m a new, first time GMC owner and will have all of my services done at Sterling McCall.

Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. No waiting and they were prepared to address my concerns and repair pricing. I was told my truck would be ready by 3pm and received a text at 2:45 for pick up.

I was told that I had all the service and parts all taken

I was told that I had all the service and parts all taken care of when they diagnosed it. The AC compressor was out. I then released the work because I had been assured that it was covered. A week later I get called and told it’s ready only to find out it wasn’t covered and now left with a $1500 bill. I could either pay it or they would remove it and give me my car back. Worst experience EVER! I had purchased the vehicle only 1 week prior to it running out.

The team at Sterling McCall went over and above to help

The team at Sterling McCall went over and above to help me find the car I wanted- it wasn?t even on their lot yet. Josh is the best sales person I?ve dealt with when it comes to buying a car and the manager (forget his name) was fantastic in working with me and Josh to get what I needed. If you need a car go see Josh and the Sterling McCall team- Houston knows the name!!

Great buying experience! One of the best by far! Salesman Nick Acevedo very friendly and personable! Finance personnel also very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous.
