Excellent service with no hassles
The saleswomen, Stephanie, was great. She listened to our needs and gave use several vehicle options to choose from that were in our budget. The financing department was efficient and speedy.

Sterling MCall JONATHAN car service UNPROFESSIONAL
JONATHAN, at car service, Was very unprofessional: He didn't know anything about our truck mechanical situation. when truck was ready he made us wait extra time because he wanted to eat a hamburger at the lobby. i had to go to the lobby and interrupt his hamburger session, he told me " Go to my desk and grab the keys yourself" I will make sure my family and i won't comeback to any sterling mcall at all. We will buy our cars and service them somewhere better.

The dealership is nice but the lack of shuttle service
The dealership is nice but the lack of shuttle service and no longer providing Ubers or loaner vehicles while your car is being serviced is inconvenient. Checking in after booking an appointment online is also somewhat frustrating due to the service providers never knowing what you're needing. Redeeming the GMC rewards is also difficult for the service providers and the customer due to them not showing up in the system at checkout.
