They do not honor their warranty policy or the

They do not honor their warranty policy or the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. We were still within the 30 day period where we were told to bring it back if there were ANY issues and they accepted it, took responsibility for repairs, kept my husband’s truck for 2 days and then informed that they would not repair due to the lift, even though the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act protects from that. They sold us a $2000 warranty and happily took our money, but didn’t follow through with their end of the bargain. The technicians who installed the lift are certified and followed proper procedures. The warranty issue was detected BEFORE installation and unrelated to the lift. Their service technicians were rude, hateful and did NOTHING to improve the situation. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I had great experience here with sterling mccall gmc, especially with Janzen who help me out with my purchase for my bday. He really went above and beyond with the whole process with no games at all. Because I was looking for suv but we landed on a nice brand ne truck the color I like. Thank you habibi friend janzen.

Great Follow-Through

We bought a used vehicle, and being from out of state, bought it sight unseen. Although there were a few glitches along the way (to be expected), everything was resolved quickly and professionally. Our sales rep, Jonathan, was great in maintaining communication with us, and the transport company used to ship our vehicle, was fantastic. Thanks to all who helped us!

Excellent Service! Highly Recommended

Drove all over Houston and after two days of car shopping, we found Sterling McCall. My only regret is that I wish I went there first. They were straight forward and didn't play games. I highly reccomend Sterling McCall.

My wife and I car shopped for two days.

My wife and I car shopped for two days. We drove all over Houston to different dealerships. I was getting tired of the games such as bait and switch, "let me go talk to my manager, waiting and wasting our time. As well as number manipulation. Day two, we went to Sterling McCall. It was different. No games, just facts. Our saleaman, Mr. Lim was very professional and knowledgable. He didn't play games. We will be repeat cuatomers and will recommend Sterling McCall to our friends and family.

Took my Terrain for its first service and was very pleased with the ease of scheduling and promptness of service. Service advisors were very pleasant and attentive. Great updates with texts and reasonable rates.
