Honest and efficient

We took our 2008 Hummer H3 in because the check engine light was on. They were efficient, fair and honest. They actually recommended that we have the problem repaired at a private auto repair shop because it would be more cost effective. Who does that now days?!?! It was a great experience and we will be back.

Excellent customer service

Floyd Lopez was who helped us. He was great! He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This dealership is not on my side of town and I would drive across town again for the service.

Ramon Zapata, was my service advisor. Ramon gave me an update on my vehicle within a hour. That is great service in the car industry. Untruthful liars

We bought a used 2017 infiniti QX60 we live in dallas and drove to Houston to get the car. The very next day we had to take it to another infinite dealership because the emergency brake wasn't working and they were supposed to put the wheel locks on which they charged us for and they were supposed to refund me the diagnostic and the wheel lock and until today I still haven't received it they keep giving me the run around. They are quick to take your money but trying to get it back is nightmare.

After several findings and waiting for parts my vehicle is running like new. Basil kept me abreast of my repairs and worked it out so I was able to receive a discount. The provided an Uber to and from the dealership.
