I had an 9:30 appointment for a recall that was to take an hour to do. So I planned an oil change at the same time and a tire rotation at the same time. I believe I was out and on my way before 11:00.

This was my first interaction with Ryan and he was courteous. Also, the length of time I spent at the facility was reasonable for the services rendered.

Ryan in service has communicated well and we have worked through a nagging problem. Clean dealership and waiting lounge and minimal time spent waiting for service to be completed

On Thursday 7/9/2020 I came in for an oil change. I also knew I needed new tires based off of my last visit for an oil change. Last time I was in there they gave me a quote of $600 & change for a set of 4 brand new tires and this time I was charged $900 plus. When I asked why the price changed all they could tell me was there was “probably” a promotion going on at that time. I am not pleased with the amount I paid for the tires, especially considering I could’ve went elsewhere and got 4 new tires for way less than what I was charged on Thursday.

Marvin was very professional and thorough, he greeted me upon arrival, opened my car door and asked how he could assist me, he listened to me vent about my windshield being cracked on the way to the dealership.

Excellent, fast check in , professional and courteous employees. Work done within the time estimate given. They also gave the vehicle an overall check of fluids, tires etc. Great service!!!

Always a pleasant experience at this dealer. Quick, courteous and always leaves my car clean. Good customer service and clean waiting area for your wait.

Marvin and crew replaced a couple of hardware pieces that were broken or fell of the Titan..Nice dealership with good coffee and a great massage chair. Fine experience.
