It’s always a pleasant experience and my car is done in a timely manner. I will continue to bring my car here, even though I live in Jacksonville.

I was disappointed to see your employees did not wear Masks and that you allowed customers to sit in waiting room with out masks. Some of these customers were coughing and not covering their mouths. I had to stay out side in the heat while I waited for service to be complete in order to feel safe. I then had to wipe down my car stealing wheel and interior because your employees did not have masks or gloves. The program update I guess was fine. But you should be practicing better safety processes to keep you and you customers safe. I will not be back

The service department at Nissan of St Augustine is our number one pick for service. The service manager Cynthia assures that her staff provides exceptional service on each and every visit. Entire staff shows professionalism and sincere customer service regardless of how big or small the job.

We went into the dealership with a specific price and vehicle and walked out with that price and vehicle with very little going back and forth. They were tried very hard to know what we wanted and to make it a reality. They went above and beyond to make sure that we had a exceptional buying experience.

Excellent service, quick, fast and efficient! Perfect for my business and personal vehicles. Always get a report on my vehicle to make am informed decision if i need to get maintenance such as brakes, regular scheduled maintenance etc.

Surprisingly pleasant, professional and personable buying experience. From the sales person/Product specialist, James (like we weren't sure what his job was!! Lol) to the 2 sales managers, Justin and Eric to the finance dept, Clayton to expert service dept help, Ryan and the courtesy shuttle. It was very a very comfortable buying experience with no pressure, extended test drive, even the Gen Mgr stopped by and texted offering any help needed. We like this dealer!

We had a small oil leak that was fixed quickly and professionally by the service department. The problem was caused by another dealer not tightening the oil filter enough and was quickly corrected.
