I had to have my SUV serviced for a recall. Prior to dropping it off the check engine light came on. My service provider Ryan explained how everything would be taken care of and followed up with phones to me.

I was surprised none of the staff, wore a mask! And also that the mechanic that took my car into the shop, did not use some type of seat cover, when he drove it..

They have been good to me. They provided a loaner for my repair during the shelter in place that has been going on recently. I have been going to them since my purchase.
