recall problem

I had to have my SUV serviced for a recall. Prior to dropping it off the check engine light came on. My service provider Ryan explained how everything would be taken care of and followed up with phones to me.

I was surprised none of the staff, wore a mask!And also...

I was surprised none of the staff, wore a mask! And also that the mechanic that took my car into the shop, did not use some type of seat cover, when he drove it..

They went out of their way to take the car to my house...

They went out of their way to take the car to my house for the test drive. Robert was very nice, helpful, attentive and wasnt pushy or made me feel pressured. After seeing the car at my home we returned to the dealership and ended up getting a great deal on a 2020 vehicle. Eric. Manager, was very accommodating and the process was very smooth. Thank you and I plan to refer others to you both. I love my new SUV.
