I had a 9:15 appointment for an oil change, I arrived at...

I had a 9:15 appointment for an oil change, I arrived at 9:00 and waited until 11:30 for service to be done. This was only after I had to complain about how long this basic service was taking.

Easy process - not pushy but very helpful

Brian and Clayton were both knowledgeable and very helpful. They made the process quick and easy. Wasn't planning to purchase a Jeep, but am very happy with it

Battery died and it was taken care of promptly.

Frustrating

Purchased 2 Nissan NVs; and first one delivered had a hack job of a bulkhead installed in it and was full of ants upon delivery! We had to send the first vehicle back to the dealership to be inspected for damage potentially caused by the ant infestation in the dashboard area and get it cleaned. Also we were told that the poor installation of the bulkhead by Adrian Steel in Sanford was not their problem, and that was how it was... really? Tried to buy local in St Augustine but i wish we could've gone somewhere else because how much extra time this has caused our company already.

Awesome job by the service department as usual! I enjoy getting service here because they do not attempt to push unnecessary maintenance items on you like other Nissan service departments in the greater Jacksonville area.

Friendly and knowledgeable service everting done as promised and on time Waiting area clean and was able to use internet to sign in and work ,on my company’s computer.

I have purchased 2 new vehicles from Nissan of St Augustine over the past 7 years. The service department is excellent and one of the main reasons I have remained a loyal customer. Cynthia, the service manager, has always followed up to be sure everything was to my satisfaction, always with a smile and very courteous. My last visit was handled by Ryan who also was very professional and courteous, I highly recommend this dealership!

Excellent service center team

All personnel were professional and friendly ... and it took just the time they predicted, even a little faster. This was the first service (5000 miles) on my new Kick. It's been everything I expected... worth every penny.
