repair AC system

The service rep and service was great but disappointed that attendants were not wearing masks and that social distancing was weak. This is a reflection on the dealership and not the employees because it did not appear that anyone the the service center area was wearing a mask except my self.

Hello Nissan of St. Augustine. I already sent a review for you however no one contacted me at least find out why my husband was so upset with your service department. This would be the third time that we were not so happy with the service for sure when they just hang up on you. Not so professional. I would love to hear from the service director. I have three Nissan in my household and I would not like to go to a different dealership for my vehicle needs but the service is terrible in St. Augustine Nissan and I will avoid to go there if possible. I had three upsetting visit / experience with them. I have never heard any dealerships or customer services personal who hangs up on guests/ customers. The only reason I am sending this note because you keep asking for my feedback. I hope I hear from Cynthia. Thank you

I always have a wonderful experience going to nissan of St. Augustine to get my car serviced. The main reason is because of Marvin!!!! I can’t say enough about how friendly, professional, and courteous he is!! I could go else where but Marvin is what keeps me coming back. I feel it’s not always about a company but the people that work there!!
