Had a problem with my truck for about 2 years. Took it to nissan os st Augustine and they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Ryan was very helpful from starr to finish. I highly recommend the service department.

Unhappy with result
My 2020 Rogue has a tailgate problem. It has opened on its own when I was driving. Twice. Called this dealer, where I purchased the Rogue, 6 months ago. To date it has only 2100,OO miles on it. The repair department checked it ou but found nothing wrong. Suggested I has dogs or kids in the car My vehicle is garage kept and I have no children or dogs that could do this. So I have to say, I totally upset about this. The car was in drive when this happened and they told me it was impossible to open when vehicle is moving.
