Nissan of St Augustine

Had a problem with my truck for about 2 years. Took it to nissan os st Augustine and they correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Ryan was very helpful from starr to finish. I highly recommend the service department.

Nothing to say for the review. I answered the questions that are stated below. I am not sure who my person was I think Ryan.

My 2020 Rogue has a tailgate problem. It has opened on its own when I was driving. Twice. Called this dealer, where I purchased the Rogue, 6 months ago. To date it has only 2100,OO miles on it. The repair department checked it ou but found nothing wrong. Suggested I has dogs or kids in the car My vehicle is garage kept and I have no children or dogs that could do this. So I have to say, I totally upset about this. The car was in drive when this happened and they told me it was impossible to open when vehicle is moving.

They are so friendly from the front door to the back. We are very happy with our service. We are proud of our new Rogue. Thank you all so much.
