I have been going to Nissan if st augustine since I purchased my truck in 2010. The service staff has always been friendly professional and dependable. The quality of work is above board.

I always bring my car for any maintenance needed. Service representative is always nice and informative. I never feel pressured to buy any extra services which is nice. She advised me that I needed 2 tires in the back and printed out a price sheet for me. Car is completed quickly and they offer a car wash as well. ??St Augustine Nissan 🚗

I live close to Orlando.I found a car on internet from dealership at Nissan of St.Augustine.I spoke on the phone with Internet sales manager Ashleigh Petersen.She was nice over the phone.We start to negotiate price thru the phone.She told me to come over and we will work on the price.Even she gave To me her cellphone nr. to keep in touch.I wrote her a message that I coming to see a car and negotiate a price.She said ok ,and she will be there. When I arrived,Ashleigh wasn't there.Even Dino Daniel as the General Sales Manager did not want to negotiate the price.I just only ask to reduce the price for $ 250 to fit into my budget. After 2 days I decided to buy that car for the price what they asking.I called I told I am the same person. The car was still on the market,and I wanted to give deposit to hold the car till next morning. Because I will came early in the morning and I will pay the remaining money. The salesperson told me that they don't take deposit to hold the car.Only they can take deposit to hold the price. It was a terrible experience and only wasted time.I don't recommended this place to anyone.Don't trust this place.God bless those people!!!
