I had my transmission serviced there and everything went smoothly.The service girl Sherri was courteous and helpful even though she was very busy thanks

Deceptive Sales promotions

These guys send out mail scam promotions. You somehow believe maybe they are different. Not. They lie to get you in and then pull every auto sales trick one you show up. Then the sales manager follows you into the parking lot trying to physically intimate you after you call them out on how they waste peoples time and are just looking for a sucker.

2014 Nissan Maxima

Dan was great to work with.. Dan is friendly and easy to work with. I would buy another car from this dealership when it comes time to buy a new vehicle.

Eric and Dino were great. Very personal and professional, they took the time to listen, showed me the exact vehicle that met my needs and were extremely competitive on price the first time. Perfect First Time Buy Experience

My Altima was my first "major" purchase and Eric did an incredible job of providing information and answering any questions I had to make my process easier. I was extremely pleased and I would definitely recommend them/him to any of my family or friends!

I always receive great customer service when going to Nissan of St. Augustine! I bought my Nissan Sentra through sales consultant Eric Cortez and he was very thorough on going over all of my options, the details of the car and making sure I received the best rates. I definitely recommend them as a high quality and service dealership. Ask for Eric Cortez and he will get you the best deal!

Exactly what I needed

I had already done my research, secured financing, and shopped at some competitors. None would meet the number I needed to seal the deal. I reviewed the website and located the stock number of the car I wanted. When I called, I pretty much just wanted a yes or no. I was able to deal with Daniel via text between other meetings & called conferences. I appreciate that Daniel didn't wear me out with upsell attempts and other financing options. Straight to the point: can you do this car to this much money? I'm a happy buyer.

Service/Work in a reasonable time for a reasonable price.

They described the work that they needed to do and then did it in a reasonable time. There was an explanation when they finished the work.
