Mini of the Woodlands exceeds expectations
Mini of the WLs always takes care of me. My mini had to be towed in due to unknown leaking fluids. Paloma communicated with me at every step letting me know where my car was and everything the tech found. I felt like I was in experienced hands. Then I was sent a video from the tech showing me what he had found.

The sales person was great.
The sales person was great. It was the finance manager. Got us approved then fell through. Got us approved again at the same rate from first time, plus additional 1000$ off, and the note was higher than the first time. Made zero since. Didn’t provide details of nothing and waited over 5 hours to sign paperwork. This is the reason I will not go back. I bought 4 vehicles in less than 2 years from here. I will not return. More than welcome to call me to gather more detail on what actually happened.
