A recent accident with our 2023 MINI Cooper left us with a cracked oil pan. When I called the service department looking for help, Selene was kind, sympathetic and helpful! She helped me make arrangements to have the vehicle towed (they have an afterhours drop box for keys!) and explained the whole process (diagnostics, plan, whether or not insurance needed to be filed, etc). She followed up during the time the MINI was there, always providing details, estimates and even prompting the insurance adjuster when he failed to contact them. Selene and everyone else at the dealership made an unfortunate incident tolerable and as painless as possible. I love this dealership!

Great Service Team - they take great care of my 2017 Clubman. I purchased a custom built from this dealership and have only used their services.

I was a little disappointed. They had the car for 2.5 hours (from scheduled appointment time) for an oil change, multi-point inspection and recall fix, which we knew took 2 hours. They knew I was staying nearby at a restaurant, waiting. After 2.5 hours, they had only done the oil change and multipoint - no recall repair. I came and picked the car back up.

It would be better if you stopped the automatic dealer options. I was prepared to walk away until it was dropped from the price.

The service advisors are the best. They?re always making sure you have all the information you need. They go out of their way to assist you and keep you informed.
