Mini Cooper S Clubman Service Review

Setting up the service of our Mini Cooper was as simple as a phone call to the service advisor who has handled previous work for me. She knew I would need a loaner and had it ready for me when we arrived to leave the car. I asked to have additional issues addressed, and I received a video showing the repairs recommended and the reason for the need for the repairs. All the work was completed as promised and at the price quoted. The car was returned washed and vacuumed.

from initially just looking out of curiosity to pre-ordering and taking ownership of my new 2024 Mini was a breeze. the salesman, James, i worked with was super laid back and very informative along the way. filling out the paperwork was also a breeze. definitely pleased with my new purchase.

Brian is an outstanding individual will likely keep in touch with him for all our needs. Our sales experience was outstanding. They only issue was finance experience. We found that dealing with that individual needs too be addressed. Very rude and needs too understand how to respect the customer wants and not too be sarcastic. Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Dustin and James did a remarkable job answering my questions and being fair with me on sale price and financing my new Mini. Because of myself having to leave very early the next morning for a planned trip there was time enough for me to go to the dealership to complete my paperwork before leaving town. Dustin and James themselves delivered my new car to my home that night after work. This kind of service is remarkable to me at 71 years old I felt they both wanted to help earn my business and very much when over and above helping me. 2024 MINI Cooper S Clubman

The initial purpose of my visit to MINI Of The Woodlands was some repair service. If there?s one approach that doesn?t work for me is high pressure. The time I spent with James Fife was as easy as hanging out with a friend. After he understood what I was looking for and why, he took his time until we found something that me my needs. The service, sales, and finance team are quality folks and I?ve always enjoyed my time spent there.

Dishonest, Lying, Lazy Dealership.

Dishonest, Lying, Lazy Dealership. Drove 3.5 hours for a truck and had an appoitment. It was confirmed multple times. At time of arrival I saw 3-4 employees at a desk joking around. After walking the low for 30 mintues and looking for Nick and the truck no one asked if i needed assistance. I aske a female employee for nick she said shell get him. 20 mins later he gets up from the joking around table and greets me. I had an appointment, he saw me walk in and continued to ignore me till he was ready. Then approached me like I was his bro. Then spent another 20 mins looking for the truck key and another 15 getting the truck. What was the point of having an appointment. The service was horrible. I spend all day waiting to sign paperwork, while nick and other workers joked around at the manager desk and went outside to vape. Keep im in mind im waiting this whole time. They told me they are waiting for finance to finish with other cusotomer so I can sign. Hours later Hunter (whos been sitting around and talked to me a few times) comes with tablet to sign papers. This could have been done hours ago. The truck. I was informed all maintenance and inspections were done and no issues. I only drove to dealership to home. maybe 250 miles. I changed the oil and fuel filers to find them jet black. blackstone oil sample said oil had more than 10k miles on it and engine had signs of breakdown from brass and metal. To reset in 6k miles. This should be warrantied. 5 weeks later im still waiting for my plates and keys. Do not deal with this dealer unless you want to wait for hours to be kicked around and purchase a crap vehicle that will break on you AFTER its purchased.
