I got a new air filter and oil change.
I got a new air filter and oil change. Waited about an hour and then it was complete. They wash the car afterward. No issues or problems.

Multi-point inspection on 2013 Mini Countryman S
This was my first time using the dealership's maintenance department. The SA was great-very accommodating and courteous. She laid down the red carpet and treated as a VIP. No stone was left unturned as she gently explained all that was going on with my car.

Easiest car buying experience I?ve ever had
This place is awesome. They were honest about everything from the start. They had no dealer mark-ups on their prices like most dealers were doing at the time. They never pressured me to add extra options or warranties, even while I was signing the paperwork. It was just smooth and stress free. I dealt with Aaron and Jose in sales, and Danny during financing. These guys were all cool and honest people and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get the exact car I wanted and give the best experience available, and at a far lower price than their competitors were offering. I definitely recommend this dealership over any other dealership.

Best car buying experience ever!
Brian L walked us through the whole process of ordering our MINI Cooper and updated us weekly with the status as we waited for it to be built and delivered. When it arrived, he helped us stage it in the showroom as a surprise for our daughter, and even had a big bow on the hood. He?s checked on us after the sale to see if we had any questions or concerns. We?re happy to be part of the MINI of the Woodlands family!
