I was only given a 14day warranty when I bought my used...
I was only given a 14day warranty when I bought my used car and the check engine light came on for a O2 sensor 17days after purchase. 3days passed the 14 day warranty and the dealership wanted to charge me $450 to fix. Another sales person told when i went to pick uo the plares that I should have had a 90 day warranty and that he's never heard of a 14day warranty. I will NEVER recommend your company to no one. Your sales people only care about making a sale and not about the customer

This is the first and last time I’ll ever come here....
This is the first and last time I’ll ever come here. Worst experience I’ve had at a dealership so far and I’ve had quite a few bad ones. I ordered a few parts at the parts department just a rubber cup holder insert and jack pad and waited a month to get them. I had to call once or twice a week just to remind them to send an email to get an estimated time when id get here. Once it got there it had been there a week and no one ever called me to tell me it was there. I had to drive there in person to ask and finally have it be there. At the same time I had a car in service that no one ever updated me on as well, it was a simple transmission fix with a sensor. The sensor was replaced and a “miscellaneous engine repair” was added with no explanation. Once I paid my deductible I drove off and left in my car. Thee same exact day the car had issues immediately. New issues it didn’t before. So I took it to a Indy shop because I didn’t wanna experience this again, also couldn’t get a rental at the dealer because they had none. I don’t know how but anyways they checked it and it turns out that the transmission fluid was at the minimum level. Nothing dripped out of it, I had to pay 150 to get it drained and refilled with fluid and drove fine. Never in my life have I had such a frustrating experience like this one. Never again will I even pass this place. They almost ruined my transmission!! Only reason I’m not going to tell them about it is because they’re going to defend themselves and you can’t win. So I just won’t ever come back.

Tanner was excellent! He kept us in the loop while waiting over 2 weeks for the vehicle to get released from the port. The employees at the dealership are very helpful and friendly. Danny the finance manager was great as well! Thank you for everything!!!!
