Fanny is great! She always treats me like family. She always sets clear repair time expectations. She always gives appropriate cost estimates I trust her.

The Service Department was outstanding! Kept me informed as to what was going on and what was found and worked with me to get everything done while I waited. The only tip I could offer is tell the owners when the battery terminal is removed as I had to go back and readjust everything in the car, seats, outside mirrors, even the heads up display and that took me 15 minutes to remember what I did before and where to find it.
