Buyer Beware!
Shady dealership. Had a "deal" to purchase a vehicle only to be told later in the buying process that another salesperson had "sold" the car. I live in Texas and if you can't trust somebody's word you won't last long in business.

I had already gotten a quote and worked out the trade-in and was paying cash and it still took 4 hours to complete the deal. It shouldn't have taken that long.

Dustin was very knowledgeable about the Mini Cooper countryman. He was patient with all my questions and did not pressure me to purchase. The facility was clean and beautiful. They took great precautions in cleaning before a test drive and inside the facility due to the Coronavirus.

Went for an safety inspection. Insurance card was not handed back to me, left in dashboard. Did not explain how to get a sticker.

Go Mini at The Woodlands!!!
I showed up with out an appointment due to a code being thrown on my mini. Will had my vehicle inspected and found a few additional items that needed attention. Will was professional and fully explained the areas of concern with pictures on his cell phone plus additional information. My 2015 countryman was running like new on my drive home !! Very pleased with the service that I and my vehicle received.
