Poor service and customer service
Here is the latest... (see response below) they took is SOOO seriously and didn't offer to correct the the problem. See a pattern here? Auto Nation and MINI of The Woodlands are just posers and reinforcing the stereotype of cars salesman. Dishonest and not to be trusted. Poor service and customer service
Posted complaint and received a reply with a call back phone number that no-one answers. Completely lame operation. Don't deal with Mini of the Woodlands if you want professional service and honest treatment.

Wonderful experience and really seamless!
I absolutely loved my experience at the Woodlands MINI dealership! During these pandemic times, I wasn?t sure how it would be purchasing a vehicle sight unseen, but the vehicle associate that I worked with was very timely with his communication and provided lots of feedback and clarity on the questions I had. It was also nice that I was able to get the dealership to make a few enhancements to my car (tinted windows and painted wheels) and that process was very smooth. Also, on the day of purchasing my car, I was able to take pics with a bow and a large picture frame surrounding my car. It really made the new car purchase special and essentially ?tied a bow on it? hahaha. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Service denied under 36,000/3 yr service agreemet
Purchased 2016 HT S September 2017. Told full service agreement would be honored. Requested service was denied. Deceitful and dishonest dealership. Not to be trusted.

Deceitful and dishonest
Purchased 2016 hardtop on September 2, 2017. Questioned if full 36,000 mile and 3 year service agreement would be honored. Was told that it would be. Took vehicle in for service on August 11, 2020 and was denied requested service. Service writer said vehicle had been placed in service in June of 2017 three months before it was sold to me as a new vehicle. Seems as though I bought a used "new" car. Avoid this dealership at all cost. This is my last of 3 Minis. Same old BS from a pig with lipstick.

MINI COOPER PURCHASE - EXCELLENT SERVICE
I recently purchased a Mini Cooper Hardtop from Mini of the Woodlands and was extremely happy with the customer service that I received. I initially viewed the vehicle on their website and then set up an appointment with Mr Brian Lowden and went down to Houston to view the vehicle and take it for a test drive. From my initial email contact to me signing the purchase agreement and handing over a cheque I received nothing but excellent service. Mr Lowden was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle as well as the whole purchasing process. The whole experience was handling very professionally and all our queries and questions were answered on the day of the sale.

Not Shady
I went around to several dealers to sell my car. Most of them felt shady. On the contrary, Autonation was wonderful all the way through and gave the best price by a lot.

Mini of Woodlands Car Service
The service was good however I was very uncomfortable with the fact no employees in the facility were wearing masks. There were many signs about Covid 19 but only the customers were wearing masks and you couldn?t actually stand 6 feet apart from the CS rep. I was there 2 hours and made sure to sit far away from all. Their process for interacting with the employees is very concerning. I left hoping I didn?t get exposed to the virus. I protected your employees by wearing a mask but you did not provide me the same respect.

Took 2 1/2 hours for oil change!
I purchased oil services when I purchased my truck had an appointment for a week so they could acquire parts not in their inventory. It took them 2 1/2 hours to change the oil!!!!
