Poor service and communication

Made an appointment well in advance. Called twice ahead of appointment to confirm it was scheduled properly and that everything could be done the same day. Was told it would take 1-2 hours for the visit. Dropped the car off at 7:30 am. Never heard anything back. Started calling to check on car at about 1pm. Got placed on hold and went in circles; no-one in service ever answered. Ended up calling about 6 times before I got anyone in service, and then had to leave a message. When I finally spoke to tech he told me the machine they needed is "broken". I explained that I live an hour away and had confirmed several times for todays appt. He asked if I couldn't just leave the car there tonight. I said no, I live an hour away. And as an added insult, this conversation happened late enough in day that the shuttle is no longer available (which I told them I would need), so I will have to Uber there to pick up car. Very frustrated and won't be coming back here for service.
