Terrible customer service! Poor communication and no clue how to use modern technology. Unable to determine correct vehicle components with VIN provided. In a word- incompetent.

Best oil change experience ever. Richard, at the service desk took my 2018 Mustang GT in immediately and returned the car, ready to go in less than one hour!! I keep my engine compartment very clean. The mechanic left no signs he was under the hood. No drips, smears or oil anywhere but where it belongs, in the crankcase. But wait, there's more! The cost of this service was beyond fair. The fee was far below any other shop in the area. Gateway Ford in Ponchatoula now has another customer for life? Thanks Gateway!!

I think of Gateway Ford as a dealership every car buyer should have the opportunity to experience. 5 years ago I purchased my 6th Ford from Gateway Ford and over the many years their commitment to satisfaction has not changed. I recently received a recall and made an appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership not only did they remember me from the original purchase but every employee encountered at Gateway Ford was friendly, courteous, helpful and quick with an answer. Just great people with a great product. I've sent family and friends to Gateway Ford and all tell me that their experiences were the same. This dealership is a breath of fresh air for a car buyer.

FX4 F250 Super Duty
Found the truck I was looking for. ?Rock? my salesman was easy going, helpful as he could be and no pressure. Martin ,handled paperwork /finance, shopped and found me a great rate and had it all done in short order with a personal touch. Impressed with the fact that Mr Greg the owner was in house looking over business himself on a Saturday. Top notch crew from top to bottom. Small dealership with a home town family feel. Glad I found them and recommend them to anyone looking for a personal no hype, no pressure , fair deal !
