2018 Jeep Wrangler Safety Recall

It took 5 weeks to get the vehicle back when it probably should have taken less than two days. Although helpful in some instances, the ball was really dropped.

I took my 2018 Ram 2500 in for service because the front...

I took my 2018 Ram 2500 in for service because the front end was making a popping noise while turning. I was told that all the ball joints and both hub bearing were bad and needed to be replaced. I was quoted an outrageous price of $3600 to do that work and with money being tight due to COVID-19 I decided that I could do the work myself. I ended up buying quality name brand parts for less than $550 and spent about 3 hours of my time replacing the parts I was told were bad and my truck is still making the same noises. Im sure glad I didn't pay your prices. $550 was bad enough!!! I know service isn't free but its good practice to inform your customers of your hourly rate before charging $200+ to tell them something is wrong with their vehicle. I was never told a price before my truck was misdiagnosed!!
