Overall, we were completely satisfied with the service from all the staff at All American Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep. Even when we noticed there were no floor mats, we called the dealership and they quickly resolved our issue and gave us the mats.

The service team is very good. Unfortunately, they allow...
The service team is very good. Unfortunately, they allow little things to fall through the cracks. To be specific I had to return the same day, because during my maintenance someone managed to strip my oil pan drain plug, which caused my truck to leak oil quite significantly. Had it not been for the tire shop I was at noticing it, I would have driven home 30+ miles away with the leak. Upon returning to All American CJD, they were quick to get my truck back in the shop and intentify the problem, and repair it in a timely manner.
