All American Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Odessa

I've always liked Lithia/All American. The sales people listen to what I want and don't try and talk me into something I don't want or like. Staff is always friendly. I've never had a dealership show me how to work my car, thought that was pretty cool.

Service my 2020 Jeep Wrangler and I was in and out. No longer than 25/30 minutes. There was a lady name Norma I believe was wonderful and service ppl excellent. Thank You.

Very friendly staff. Jason is awesome & very helpful. They got my recall completed in a timely manner and I was able to pick my vehicle up at the end of the day. Very satisfied with the dealership but Jason made it easy.

I have taken my truck in several times on a bad whistling whistling noise when out on interstate they keep telling me that they haven’t been able to hear it can’t fix it getting really annoying with that noise

Really like how fast they were able to get my car in and out. The service agent texted to let me know when my car was ready. And also asked if I wanted them to sanitize my car.
