It took six days to change a power steering pump I could have changed in two hours. The car rental fee exceeded the cost of the repair so it means my warranty on this was just a waste of money. The truck was still making a whining noise so I had to bring it back the next day aside from a waste of my time it was about thirty miles round trip. Everyone was courteous and Jason was helpful but six days. Oh yeah and the phones went down one day that was really frustrating as well
