Purchase of a 2007 Camry

Paul Lusk sold me a nice Used Toyota. The car was just as he represented. It had new tires, new rear brakes fresh oil change and was ready to go. I flew in and he helped me with rental return. tho is how a dealership is supposed to operate. Thanks Paul Al

I drive a 2012 Ford Escape. Bought in Dallas so 1st x used Tyler Ford Service Center and will be the last! Went in for oil change and inspection. They were not busy and had many employees standing around doing NOTHING. Took an hour and 1/2 if not longer just to change oil and inspection sticker. They kept making excuses when they could see that I was getting restless . This was Friday 4.4.2014. They didn't,t clean up after themselves and I noted on road home that they put wrong year make on inspection sticker. I received very substandard service and will not return Teresa Knous

Purchase of F-150

Very pleasant experience. Salesman was polite and knowledgable. Finance guy was excellent as well. Probably the best experience I have ever had from an automotive purchase.
