Great experience

My son and several of his associates had recently purchased from Tyler Ford, so when I mentioned I was thinking about trading in my Rogue, he suggested I go look. From the minute I drove up to the actual signing of the contracts, I was treated with respect and a sincere willingness to get me exactly what I wanted. The amount of time spent afterwards, going over all the features on my new car, sure came in handy too. I have received several follow up calls, Louis Sherfield has been a model salesman during and after the process! My new Ford Edge is a dream to drive, and I feel much safer with the babies in it.

Great Help from James Showers

James Showers is ALWAYS great! He listened to me over the phone as to what I was looking for and when I pulled up he had two vehicles already selected that were EXACTLY what I was wanting. He does not SELL me cars, he just helps me buy them and there's a big difference.

2nd Purchase This Year

Purchased new Edge in May and now a used F150. Salesman in both cases was Brady Wilson. He is a true professional! He listens closely and answers questions truthfully (if he doesn't know, he says so and then finds the answer), and he doesn't do the "song and dance" that a lot of "not so confident sales reps" do. He also has an outstanding follow-up after the sale. That's nice. He is quick to help with any concerns or questions I may have (especially about all the high tech gadgets), even telling me to stop by and he'll take care of it for me or show me how. I was also impressed with the finance man - ex-marine who wears a cross!

Went to buy a used car... Went home with new one!

Wife and I were shopping for used cars due to limited budget... Was surprised to find out we could buy a new car on our budget! Service was great! These guys don't pressure you and help you make the best decision for your needs! I feel like I owe them a favor it went so well!

Went for a repair, drove home in a new beauty

Cody called me to let me know he was taking my old salesperson's position. I told him I needed to bring my F150 in for a seatbelt repair, and that I was actually looking to upgrade, although my truck was only one year old. Cody had a line of trucks picked out for me based on what I had told him. Long story short, they made me a good deal, gave me a good trade-in on my "old truck", and I drove home with a truck that was many options improved over my old truck. Cody is a very personable young man who is taking his job seriously. His wife is expecting and he understands he has to take his job very seriously in order to succeed. It would not hurt for you to seek him out.

Tyler Ford...

Very personal experience from all employees. Sales Staff thru Service. Small town high touch feeling. Bruce Giles our sales person was very professional. High level of communication both before, during and after the sale. (Follow-up Satisfaction) So far, very satisfied with having bought a Ford 150 Truck.

Worst dealership ever

This is the worst dealership I've ever gone to. As soon as I pulled up, they were playing football around the cars and being unprofessional. They were rude and unwilling to sell a truck or provide a quote. It was a complete waste of my time.
