Service advisors were very good and got me in at the appointment time. I spoke to the service mocha’s I had a couple of questions and answered them. Very friendly. No complaints.

New cruise control switch not working we can get it next service. Thank you all.

I paid for something that wasn't fixed. The fix was cleaning the rubber seal and reinstalling it. I still have air passing through the door seal. I asked for it to be replaced as part of my extended warranty.

Metter ford sales has been very friendly and helpful. Always greet me and ask if I need anything. The service department seems to be having issues with follow up and the length of time to do an oil change
