Great purchase from Bob Adkinson at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet. I phoned to let him know what i was looking for. He told me he would have one available shortly. A week later if Bob called saying he had one & could bring it buy for me to test. I bought it & the purchase was finalized with home delivery the next day. Great experience. Thanks Bob.

Another fabulous experience with Les Rogers. I first met Les at the Chevy Dealership in 1993. 1993! And he was a senior sales person then! It is impossible to imagine finding a more knowledgeable guy in ANY dealership for ANY manufacturer in the US. Not only that, because of his seniority, his customers have access to vehicles and deals that other sales people just don't know about. Aside from the seniority and product knowledge, the real reason for his success is his exemplary customer service. The only way a sales rep is able to remain in place is if he delivers a higher degree of customer satisfaction year in and year out. Did I mention nearly 30 YEARS in the same dealership?

Even tho I was only looking and not quite ready to buy I have to say that talking with Bubba was very informative and when I am ready I will definitely be calling him. I felt no pressure from Bubba which I must say was very nice ! One of my biggest issues with buying a car is the high pressure the salesman put on you. Bubba was very knowledgeable and I felt like he sincerely wanted to make sure that I had all the info I needed for when I was ready to purchase my new car. Thanks Bubba !
