I was very impressed with my salesman , Alan Kelly. He was very knowledgeable with the vehicle that I was buying. My buying experience took longer that expected but he let me know that this wasn't normal. And made sure I was ok while I waited. I would buy another vehicle from him.

Alan was phenomenal. I was originally shopping at another major dealership that deals solely in used cars. Not only did Alan and the Rick Hendricks team offer me a better interest rate but they were able to get me into a truck, 3 years newer but with a bigger engine and 30k less miles for the same monthly price. Now, back to Alan. He and his associate Dakoda were unbelievably professional and warm. Truly nice guys. I was treated with complete respect and felt as though I'd known these guys for years. They never pressured me and let me make all of the decisions. I felt like we built a great working relationship and to me, that's what sales is all about..relationships. This is what car buying should be like. I highly recommend Rick Hendricks Chevrolet. Great trucks and great service. If you're in the market for a new car, go see them on Savannah Hwy under the huge American Flag.
