I had a fantastic experience here. What started as a frustrating issue (not because of anything RH did) with service on my current car ended with me unexpectedly getting a great deal on an almost brand new SUV. Ian was incredibly helpful and it couldn't have gone more smoothly.

I made a diagnostic appointment for Tuesday at 9 a.m., but they didn't see my truck until the following Friday after I informed the service department that I would be taking it elsewhere. Once they finally saw my truck and diagnosed the problem, they quoted me $2,400 for a new radiator and water pump. These parts cost me $200 online and I ended up repairing myself.
