Great Purchasing Experience
I recently purchased a used Jeep Wrangler from out of state and was very pleased with everything from start to finish. It can be stressful not seeing a vehicle in person when purchasing but Alex DeFault was terrific. You made a personal video for me and walked me through everything. I really felt like he was being honest and after receiving the Jeep, he definitely was. Tyler James in the finance department was terrific as well. He overnighted the paperwork with a return overnight envelope. This made it far less stressful. Both Alex and Tyler always responded quickly to my emails, phone calls or texts. They even went out of their way to assist me with my transport company. They made sure one of them would be available to see the car picked up. I was nervous about this as I have never used an auto transport company but it went very smooth. Top notch customer service!! I also want to compliment Denise at the call center. What a friendly and considerate women. Very hard to find these days but Denise is a gem. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I just want to say I used SGT transport and was very happy. The Jeep was shipped from SC to Cape Cod with no issues or problems.
