We began the process of building and ordering a truck in June and just this week, picked it up. It was a pleasure dealing with Dale Rowland. He helped with some things that were requested early on with our specific desires, with the build itself. Dale expedited the process by calling the factory and we were patient in waiting a few days to get the truck just right with the parts we’d hoped for. Dale was kind, honest, and very professional in all aspects and for that, we are very grateful. Top notch sales team and the finance guys were awesome too! I've worked as a mechanic for years at a dealership and still had several very bad experiences buying new cars. I have to say at Rick Hendrick, I came expecting the worse but was treated very well. We had a seasoned salesman but new to Rick Hendrick, he gave much of his time helping us and even before I rolled off the lot, he still spent a lot of time eith me explaining the features. Even though the warranty is standard and I wasn't going to pay an Arm and Leg for an extended warranty. I would still recommend this location to anyone.
