About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since September 2005.
In 1956 Bill Utter Sr and his wife Virginia opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in downtown Denton and began a new family tradition - a tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.

In the early days they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect as they would any friend. Many of those customers did become lifelong friends and so the days turned into years and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations.

Everyone was so nice.

Everyone was so nice. The guy at the front desk was so friendly. The Finance Mgr was fantastic!! Forgot his name!! Ugh.. 😑 and finally Phil Tysinger is amazing. 🤩 He’s a keeper!!! 🙂

My worst experience in a Ford dealership, they sell

My worst experience in a Ford dealership, they sell damaged vehicles they catch you in that game to be able to sell you a more expensive very bad experience, the sellers and the manager only thing that matters is to sell no matter the risk you and your family run They sold me a jeep with a broken engine, they don't mind putting you and your family at risk, since they have you trapped and destroy your credit they want to sell you something more expensive, they play and lie to the customer a lot I would not recommend anyone who wants to invest in a used car take them as an option, you will lose your money and you will put your family at risk Jason Robinson and his manager are the people who made me go through this, I would not recommend coming to this dealership to buy used cars and don't get carried away by the CARFAX That's a strategy to sell themselves as reliable but the truth is another, they will destroy your credit you will have a hard time they will lie to you and they will try to deceive you by selling you a more expensive car I'll leave you the photo of the jeep they wanted to sell me so you don't let them sell it to you, with me they wanted to be smart by giving me any warranty and think that it wouldn't give me failures in less than a month but only 60 miles were enough for the problem to arise they only erased the signals from the dashboard with the computer for my luck the fault came out instantly the fault and the signal check engime, they are very cunning to seduce you when selling don't be fooled think about it many times before coming here or take another dealer as an option #VIN 1C4BJWDG4JL895413 And I assure you if you check the CARFAX that they show you, those reports of changes of parts such as the engine, for more used parts will not yet be reflected because they do not report them that one already has that it is not the one she brought from the factory and they mounted a used one with many miles just to sell it
