My husband drives a Ford and he comes here, I do not. Until now. I purchased a new EV vehicle and came to charge. The last time I was here everything was great, today RFID readers were not working, the chargers were. I called inside and a very pleasant young lady said someone would be right out. I was fortunate enough to get David Ahrens, the service manager. We fiddled with it a bit with no luck. He went in and came back with an RFID card. He used it and away it went. He apolgized for the problem and said the charge was on them! Thank you David, you turned an unhappy morning into a great day!!
