Great team that takes care of customers
This is the 3rd truck that I have bought from Bill Utter Ford and the experience is the same every time. I looked at the truck online and emailed Michael Rodriquez to work out some details. Went up to have them look at my trade when I did the test drive. They got me the price and payments I wanted with no back and forth or arguing. Very low pressure and the team is great. They do a great job of getting you what you want.

Slow Oil Change
I made an appointment for to have my oil changed and was told it would take about an hour but took nearly two, most of which was the dealership getting their paperwork in order. After my truck had been down off the lift for 30 minutes I asked what the status was and was told "It's not in the system". After an hour I got the same response. No one offered to track down the paperwork for find out what the problem was. My service agent, who I didn't meet when I brought the truck in, finally brought the paperwork up and apologized for the wait saying "sorry I was busy". If they want to earn my service business they didn't make much of an effort. Poor customer service.

Great Experience
I had a great experience buying my first vehicle here. They were friendly and were not trying to push or influence me into buying a particular vehicle. I would definitely deal with this dealership again in the future.

Worthless overpriced, not helpful
Cassandra? Was my service agent, worthless, didn’t / couldn’t answer any questions. I WAS IN FOR A RECALL ITEM, LEFT WITH A $400 bill. Asked for defective parts AND NO ANSWERS. ASKEDFOR MAN, EVEN WORSE, WILL NOT BE BACK

Oil change
We made an appointment for 10:30 am and the truck did not even go in for device until 11:30 am. What’s the point of making an appointment?

Very professional people to deal with.
Wasn’t by any means pushed to buy ANYTHING. They are there to help not force you to make a purchase. a real pleasure to do business with. I traveled over 200 miles to go there and would do it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended

Oil Change and Tire Rotation
The service manager was helpful and let me know that there was a special for the work. Service bay was clean and even mopped. Work was was done in about and hour as a walk-in. Had to retrieve my wheel lock as they had forgotten to put back in the truck. Overall excellent experience

Excellent!
I called Eddie Church about a battery check because my vehicle had been slow-to-start that day. He said he'd check it for me on the drive when I came in. I told him I'd be there in thirty minutes. Thirty minutes later, Eddie met me on the drive as soon as I pulled in. A quick battery check concluded that I was dead in the water. He pulled me straight back, installed a new battery and had me back on the road in under an hour!!! Thanks, Eddie! You're the best! It happens to be like this every single time I come in. That's why I don't go anywhere else!
