I have been a Bill Utter customer for three years now and following a great sales experience I just can't seem to get the same results with the Service Department. Once again, even with an appointment I waited 1 hour and 35 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. This has happened before but is not likely to happen again...there are simply too many competitive and closer alternatives.
