Greeted me promptly.

I was greeted promptly and friendly. Everyone was friendly that I came in contact with. I like using Bill utter Ford because it is close to my home and y’all are better service than where I got my car at Lewisville ford

Easy to Deal With

Very pleased to feel no pressure in buying a car. My brother has bought cars from Bill Utter for years. So even though I live in Austin, I decided to visit this dealership and drove away in a new car. I appreciate the time that the salesman spent too in showing me all the new gadgets and getting everything setup for me. The financing was a breeze too!

It's always been a nice experience at Bill Utter in Denton

Don’t buy a Ford until you’ve visited Bill Utter

Bill Utter Ford has a great sales staff and offers excellent and honest service. I purchased my new truck in an afternoon. I saw the truck on-line and expressed my interest and received a best price offer in email shortly after. I made an appointment to visit the dealership to test drive the truck and have them value my trade and the rest is history. They gave me good trade in value and we quickly agreed on a final price and financing was a breeze. I would recommend Bill Utter to anyone shopping for a new Ford.

Really misleading each time

I have recently moved to the area, with that comes a common thread of reviews. So I look up Bill Utter Ford and find they have some decent reviews. I make an apportionment for 8 am. My truck is never even looked at until the next day maybe mid morning, I am without the truck for three days for new shocks. I call and am told I will be called with updates throughout the visit, which happen 50% of the time. I go without a loaner car for three days which is ridiculous. I am in sales, no car, no sales. So I lost time on sales for my family, a supposed appointment time which is a complete waste of time and very misleading and has never been kept, and also just the organization and ability to follow up and follow through with paying customers is sub par for such a business. They need to honor appointment times, follow up calls, and also peoples time. I would have expected a 10% or more discount for having to wait so long on a typical fix, did I get even a notion of that no, a straight walk to the payment counter. We are giving them the keys to our assets with sub par customer service and accountability on their end for not making parts calls timely and following up with me as a customer. Organization is key.

Always the best service

Had a transmission issue and needed to get my Explorer looked at. Called and had an appointment for the next day. We were well taken care of during the time it took to get the part ordered. Whoever found the problem and did the work, did a great job. My car drives like new again. Thanks to Greg and Steve too for the great customer service.

20,000 mile service

All excellent and timely. Everyone from sales to management to service make this a most enjoyable experience. I will not shop anywhere else for a Ford vehicle.

Bill Utter Ford Denton, TX

My family has bought 6 cars from Bill Utter Ford in Denton. Most of them coming Phil in the Pre-owned lot. Phil has been the helpful tool in getting the right car for us. He worked so hard to get myself in a new car and I'm the happiestI can be. I love my Ford Escape. I absolutely love Bill Utter Ford. I will continue to tell all my friends and family about their service and helpfulness!
