Eddie was fantastic. He worked hard to identify the issue and made sure it was resolved before returning our car. When he needed to order a part to complete the repair he followed up and made sure it was taken care of.

Recall Transmission
Recall on Transmission software. Problem was in Truck when Brand New only took Ford Eight Years to fiqure out what was wrong with 2011 F150 Platium. Tryed to upsell 550.00 worth of work that I did not buy.

Excellent service!
Eddie got my truck in and repaired in one-day following a break-in. Another Ford dealer in Fort Worth area told me it would be at least 2 weeks to replace the locks. Eddie got it done in one day. I very much appreciate service like that.

Painless and easy
My Escape is only the the 2nd new vehicle I have purchased since 2001. I told the sales rep what I was looking for, my down payment and total purchase price. Not only did he find a vehicle for me, he found one at the price I was willing finance. Also there was no pressure and no dealer added accessories.

I greatly appreciate the 7:00 am opening. I appreciate the multi point inspection along with the tire rotation. I have always received excellent service. this is the reason why I keep coming back here even though I could get work done closer to home. Excellent service makes a difference.

Service after the Sale
Recently purchased a new F250. During the closing process worked with a Bill Utter ford employee named Denise for any additional options that I wanted to add. Great experience, very competitive pricing and the quality of the work completed was exceptional. They switched by white lettering on my tires, detailed the truck, installed Berliner and bed cover. Just so easy to deal with and you feel like it is their vehicle they are dealing which makes it nice to know they take as much pride in your vehicle as they do their own. Mike Rodriguez also followed up to make sure it was a great experience and once again took a few minutes to just chat about life in general. Personal relationships is what it is all about. Thanks Bill Utter Ford, you are lucky to have such a great team of people.
