I have always received great service at this dealership and I especially appreciate the great communication and professionalism.I dropped off my car at 7 am and it was ready before 9:30 am! Not that I would expect a service appointment to always be that fast, but I still think that was Impressive for such a busy dealership (especially not the last dealership I used to go to). I especially want to give kudos to Dillon Love for going above and beyond. He took time out of his busy day to help me with a general inquiry about my car over a week after I had my service appointment completed. I first came to Bill Utter service in 2017. My service representative easy John Witt. He immediately addressed my concern wirh my Mustang. Time to make repair was completed on time. John is very knowledgeable, I will not take my car anywhere else. Recently I had an appointment with Carrie Cross, she was equally as good.
