Great service

The folks working at Utter Ford are always knowledgeable, transparent, and super polite. Prices are competitive and no one pushes you to get that extra service you don’t quite need yet. I will continue to take my truck there for these reasons and many more. Completely satisfied customer.

Unkowlegable and careless technicians

Came in for an oil change and figure out why my power sliding back glass wasn’t working. Got the oil change and was told it was time for a coolant flush, had it done. Was told the power back glass was due to the overhead console it would be 300 dollars to replace, after explaining the pick up was in the bill utter body shop they adivisor collaborated with the body shop to determine it wasn’t a faulty console but an unconnected wire. Upon picking the vehicle up there were three oil drops on the drivers seat, it was cleaned with a shop towel not a cleaner of any sort.

The best Ford dealer I have worked with.

All the communication and negotiation was completed via email and a couple of phone calls after to verify some information. I drive all the way to Bill Utter Ford from Houston. There was completely no surprise when we were signing the paperwork, dealer honored everything as during the communication. The sales name is Adam Russel, who is definitely the best salesman I have ever worked with. The financial persons were Mike and Kenneth, both were fantastic. Bill Utter Ford will definitely on my top pick for my future Ford purchase.

AC diagnosing and repair. Serpent belt replacement.

Mr. church and Marcus were very attentive to my service interaction with my F2 50. The communication was clear concise and very timely. Thank you very much

Enjoyed the Experience

I called and spoke to Adam Russell on Monday and asked him if he still had the 2018 Edge in stock and I told him what I wanted to pay for the Edge. He put me on hold for a minute and came back to the phone and said come get it. We picked up the vehicle on a Saturday and Adam spent a solid 30 minutes going over the features with my wife. I was in and out within a hour. Kenneth in Financing did not pressure us in warranties or additional services I did not want. He just let us know they were available and I was done in 15 minutes. That's what I am talking about. Thanks Adam.....

So nice!

Greg Hall was so nice and helpful! Got in, oil changed, inspection completed with no problem! Needing a new tire before inspection and Greg told me my options without making me feel pressured. Took the time to show me my bald tire. I will definitely be back to see him!

Wonderful experience!

We walked in and not only did we walk out with a great deal on the perfect truck for us, but we were also fed! Roberto Barrios was very professional and courteous. It made our experience hassle-free.

Service visit

This review in no way reflects the associate assigned to my appointment as I never dealt with her personally . Her name is Sabrina . I brought my car in for basic service , inspection and DETAIL The last time I had service scheduled I had an issue with getting my car cleaned so this time I actually scheduled a detail. After the 4 hours passed (how long I was told I would have to wait ) I called to check the status on my car. It was not done, that was ok... within an hour I got a call back saying my car was ready. I asked if it was detailed and she said yes I could come pick it up . I arrived on the lot and the outside looked like it had Been washed but not thruroughly as my tires were still dirty. As I went inside the lady I dealt with acted like she was doing me a favor for my inconvenience with having to wait for the car to be detailed by “waving the fee “ , only to find when I got in my car it had been vacuumed and nothing else . Very frustrating getting the run around . At that point I realized she didn’t waive the fee she removed the service as it did not get done . If I schedule a detail with my appointment I expect it to be done and not given the run around . Other than that issue everything else was fine .

My House is Built Super Duty Tough

We’re dealt with BUF for many years. Most of the experiences have been good. And, several of the experiences have been excellent! It truly boils down to the people who represent the dealership and the brand. As a customer you want both to be reflected in your overall experience, 1) the Ford name and 2) the integrity of what you’re getting personally and in the the community where the image is paramount.
