Excellent to work with Long Distance
Roberto made my experience purchasing a vehicle out of another state easy and seamless. My intent was to purchase a used F150 out of Texas to take back to Minnesota. It was a very scary process to purchase a truck sight unseen, but they made it easy by providing me all documentation on the vehicle very transparently. When I got there the vehicle was ready to go. I would strongly recommend Roberto and Bill Utter Ford.

Great communication. Great service.
Made my appointment online. Got a confirming email from Don Swift. Showed up on time and Don immediately got my car in the shop. IN about an hour it was all complete and ready to go. All exactly like they said. There’s a nice waiting area, a terrific coffee machine and vending area. Bill Utter and Don Swift makes it easy!

Treated Like Family
Roberto treats us like family and we have bought three cars from him because of this. Purchased a Car!!
Today I purchased my third car from Bill Utter Ford. The second from Phil! Phil showed me some cars and had me drive them to see how they handled and if I liked them. I chose a Ford Edge. Being of a certain age, I found the Edge to be very easy to get in and out of and easy to drive. When it was time for the paper work Toronto was very courteous and professional. Thank you Phil for making burying a car an enjoyable experience! I would definitely recommend Bill Utter Ford and especially Phil Tysinger when you are looking for a car.

Service Waiting Room Was Clean!
I was impressed with how attentive the service advisor was when I brought my car in for an oil change. I had a preschedule appointment and waited on-site for the work to be completed. They completed the work in a little over an hour. The waiting area was large and very clean with plenty of chairs and space to move around. It also had a large screen TV and WIFI to help pass the time. It definitely made the experience a pleasant one.

Starter problems.
Eddie and his crew worked hard to make the service costs more affordable. The trouble was difficult to isolate. Once isolated. it did not take long to resolve.
